Chyawanprash if made using pure desi ghee is thick and tastes very nice. Also ghee acts as a natural preservative. This product is cheap and waste of money and no health benefits.

In these days, accordingly to my opinion, Chyawanprash is a MUST to strenghen the immune sistem and also as antioxidant.This product is fresh but I have realized that it contains 0,4% of sodum benzoate which is harmful!I am sorry because I like the taste but I have to stop taking it.
