Heads up, not sure shot gluten free, even though it mentioned gluten free.
Amazon has been delivering messed-up packages lately. I’m not going to get myself into the hassle of exchanging; I may end up receiving it in the same condition, and hopefully this outside damage has not done anything inside. Protein might be good, but it is mislabeled; it is not gluten-free, as it is processed in a facility that processes gluten. So no for celiacs, i bought this to share with my mum, but she can’t have it now.PS: Protein is good, and you won’t feel hungry for long. A recent study claimed its protein percentage is mislabeled but free from usual contamination; even with that, it is good enough.

Good product
This is a good product. I came here after the Protein Project thread by TheLiverDoc on X.This is one of the better whey protein powders that’s available, with no significant additives.The bad reviews are mostly for the seller actually.Please buy on their own website if required.Back to the product, it has less sugar than many other products. And the taste is not overpowering. Best used within 30 mins of workout.

One of the best, unfortunately underrated
After seeing Dr Abby Philips studies ( whey availability, peptiside and heavy metals presences etc.) on whey proteins and the recommentation of One science and Ultimate nutrition, i planned to buy One science whey protein.I usually do minimum to moderate workout, and there was not much changes was there for my muscles. I thought its because of my workout. But after starting One science whey, i can see visible changes in my body. (I was using one popular brand whey protein previously, but when Dr Abby done studies on that, there is only 25% whey protein per serving. Company claims and advertising 75% protein in each serving )Highly recommended.

Got the box without the seal! I’m not sure it the items have been replaced by seller or not! Please do check as soon as you get the box and return it if not sealed! I’ve ordered this twice, and once I got a sealed box! So it looked authentic.

Like-premium trustable brand with low priceDislike-white choclate flavor mixability is not good. Unnecessary froth comes out every time. However I tried ice cream and blueberry flavor last year purchased offline. Those were good taste wise. However taste for this one is like nothing. It is like isolate in taste plus not able to mix properly. So I won’t order this flavor specially

Seal open
Bought it directly from their website. It’s imported by a local seller in India. The inside seal was open. Someone reported the same issue in this thread. Once you open it can’t be returned. So the seal check doesn’t give confidence. Bought based on the recent test report proteins initiated by Liv Doc and others.

Not sure about protein content, but artificial sweeteners are used too much, I had to add 600ml water to mellow down the sweetness of one scoop to make it bearable to drink.Mix ability is good. Bought outside Amazon from a shop for 4.8K in Aug-2023, hopefully it was original and genuine.But taste of chocolate is just too sweet, did not try other flavours.
