This is a hardcore pre workout for advanced and intermediate lifters. Beta Alanine dosage is just right not to cause itching problems. Would suggest everyone to try 1/2 scoop for the forst 2-3 days and then shift to full scoop. No bloating. Provides good energy for long workout sessions. Overall would recommend.

In 10g of heaping spoon .75 grm of creatine is provided by company.It means 2 spoon gives you 1.5 gram of creatine daily creatine recommended is 3 to 5 gram.So to achieve at that level you have to consume 3 -4 serving .. It means this is 7 serving only so for 500 gram it cost around 3 to 4 thousand.There is lot more brand which gives good pre at 1800 to 2500 hundred like Pole Nutrition Teazer • Ripped of NutraBox •Pure07 of Naturaltein • Physotic etc…..

For best results jst drink in cold water 30 minutes before the workout. You’ll feel the difference. One scoop is sufficient for 1hr session. Taste is also upto the mark.. Usually takes 5/10 seconds to mix in..

I am using this for two weeks nowAnd here’s my conclusion :-It usually start effecting after 20-30 mins for me and I yes it will give you TINGLING sensation in your ears .It doesn’t stays too long (for me atleast). yes it works perfectly but not for too longOnly for 30-40 mins i was able to feel the energy level high and focused.
