Perfect supplement if taken VERY CAREFULLY.
Reviewing this product after I’m almost finishing it. This has been a great supplement for fast gains and better energy.Characteristics about this-1. Feels like unflavored salt that doesn’t dissolve very well.2. Makes lumps in the box if not used for a month.3. White and grainy.Experience-Careful dosage is recommended. I used to consume 5 grams (1 scoop) daily. Some people load creatine for a week, thinking that they’ll get faster results. Most of the times, they end up being in a miserable condition. It didn’t create any problem for me, and I could see results in 10-12 days, with proper exercise and protein intake. Also remember that I’m a vegetarian, so no meat protein benefit here. Water intake should be maintained so as to keep your urine clear. Don’t think about simply fixing it to 4-5 litres. I consumed just 2 litres and it went well. It’s a good deal overall.

I really loved the flavour. Remember creatine doesn’t dissolve 100%. There would be some tiny amount left at the bottom so make sure to shake the last sip and then consume.I took 5gms per day and it took me about a month to reach saturation. Strength gains post that!!Tip : consume creatine with a source of protein and cut down in caffeine as much as possible.

I’ve been using all kinds of creatine powders. This time I thought giving a shot to the creapro. I’m not sure if my body is not accepting or there’s some quality issue with this. It also doesn’t dissolve in room temperature water. As I opened I did not issue for a return otherwise I would’ve done that. Taste is good but causes nausea after drinking and 40% of the powder is always undissolved.

No it doesn’t build muscle and yes some people may tend to get a little puffy because of water retention and yes no matter how much water you consume throughout the day is never enough. I think all the cons are done here, now let me tell you why I still gave 5 star review.If you are not into steroids and want to unleash your natural power, insane power in the last reps of your each set. Whenever you need the 10 second boost , this is the power you want to keep in reserve.Myths-Is this a steroid? NoWill it bring insane power? No, it is a natural occuring substance in body, it will bring a good amount of strength but please don’t compare it with steroid strength.You shouldn’t take it durings summers? I did.10 days loading phase necessary? Absolutely not.You should take a break after 3 months? Your wish entirely, people have been taking it continuously for years.I took the simple creatine monohydrate from Muscleblaze earlier but this is the purest one from Germany. Hats off to Muscleblaze for keeping it way much cheaper than ON. I bought it for Rs. 561 where ON was priced at Rs. 800+.Lastly, thanx to Amazon for keeping this thing alive as offline stores have slowly started to avoid this thing on their shelves since they are only intrested in the costly stuff.P.S. I am adding this extra note nearly a year after posting this review. I have reduced 2 stars because now I have experienced creatine from GNC and ON.ON is the best at about Rs. 1000 but pure tasteless.GNC comes second, also tasteless, and the permanent one I use now. You get 80 servings for Rs. 700 which is dope!The only problem with Muscleblaze Creatine is that it is quite bitter. Bitter to such an extent that take my word and try any international brand and I challenge you won’t buy this again.

CreaPro definitely one of the best..!
After using ON whey protein and unflavored creatine for years, I tried this flavor by MB, along with MB whey protein. I really am impressed with MB products. This creatine has a nice taste, which I love. Doesn’t taste that good when mixed along with whey protein (its taste is overpowering) but I would definitely buy it again and try other flavors!

Use Micronized instead
Even though this creatine maybe German import, it’s still just regular creatine monohydrate instead of being micronized creatine. This felt more like grains of sand than actual powder. This only dissolves in warm water, irritates my gut and is absorbed worse by me than micronized creatine. And not to mention that extra price for the brand name. I would suggest you go for micronized creatine like that from ON or Davisco.

Very good product. I actually liked the flavour. The taste is not so bad. It takes its time to show results. After the usage of two weeks we can feel the difference. We can lift more weights.I would recommend to use it before workout. And also take a whey protein after the workout. It will give results.

About this product , I personally recommend not to go for the loading phase as it might not be suitable for everyone, drink tons of water …. it is really important as it can lead to health issues like kidney problems … but all that , it’s just Creatine.The product is fine but the solubility is not that good , one might feel some grains .. not that different than the regular muscle blaze creatine ..after storing for a while ,it might produce some lumps which can be broken down easily…not the best .. not worth the extra money for “creapro” …still a good product overall.

This is creapro which has the purest form for creatine(creapure) and you can read all the info provided by MB on it!! It read certified from Germany or something I don’t know but it’s a great option to upgrade to after using the normal creatine by MB only cuz MB provides the best products/suppleys!!” No cap!! I already have a review written about it’s creatine!! This one has the same 3 gms of creatine per serving so I guess this one has a 3 gram of serving unlike HMB which is from MB itself which I used but didn’t buy it from Amazon !! It stand for creatine beta-Hydroxy beta MethylButyrate!! This one comes in a total of 250 gms which will last you a long time!! Unlike the normal one which is only 100 gms or even HMb which was 125 gms!! Definitely go for it not recommended for first time users they should use the normal one first in my opinion not forcing anyone not to buy It but yeah it you want to who am I to stop you go for it!! Just make sure so dont consume creatine HMB normally either consume it with a juice or protien powder cuz it tastes awful Thanks to amazon for delivering this wonderful purity of material to me and MB for crafting it!!

I have used this product for a month & I found it effective but one thing I didn’t like about the product is its mixability. Which is not good.So if any one want to buy creatine i would rather suggest you to go for fast & up craetine.It might cost you a little bit more as compared to MB but the mixability of fast & up product is so good as it provide micronised powder.

I am very satisfied with this product and also it is packed well. I will definitely recommend this product to use it and the main point is drink atleast 4 to 5L of water through out the day when you use this product and eat well. My experience
Ok so i bought this creatine and verified it and yes it was authentic. I used it for a month and took care that water didnt go inside the container. It showed good results too but when i opened the box after a month again it was expired even tho expiry date was smwher 2023. Very bad smell and it wasnt dissolving in water , idk how far people have faced this but i feel if u consume it fast its good anyways after this i dont trust muscle blaze, right now i have ordered of ON so lets see. I feel this happened coz of the flavor particals.

Check my other product reviews. I will not grudge the power of creatine powders and this one delivers what’s promised. My only quandary is why is this priced so high (double than others)? Just because of the branding of CreaPRO? Creatine is one of the cheapest products in the entire market. I’ve used both – this as well as brands at half the price of this one and found no difference in the outcomes. 🤷🏻♂️
