A Perfect Pre-Workout Supplement (Not a paid review)
I’ve so far used several weight-gainer supplements of different brands, and I can confidently say this product is the best one. It contains a good quantity of not only carbohydrate but also protein. This is the first thing I take two and a half hours before my workout in the morning (along with two large-sized apples, as the supplement makes me feel constipated). The supplement is going to show a great result if you combine the supplement with 4 to 5 good meals rich in carbohydrate and protein, and having low fat.NB: I have been consistently training for the last 19 years, and I’ve used a variety of health supplements.

5kg GNC . I received the product without the GNC verification seal , it was stuck with a cello tape . Its QR code to verify the authenticity was not working . The bucket had old Airway bills on it , and the seller tried to cover it up by white stickers referring it was shipped earlier or the bucket is being reused. The products came in a different packing than that of GNC which also had a hole on it with product leaking .In short – it’s a fake product by all means . I made a complaint and got my money refunded . Guys ,Take care of the product you buy and your health .

Allergies and Food Poisoning
The product gave me food poisoning and it caused allergy flare ups. This is not my first protein powder and not my first GNC product. Despite handling the product with almost sterile precaution, I have still suffered adverse effects from this product. I will be reporting the incident to the food safety office.

Supplysments fact before was showing correct.. but now it is showing serving size 35gram.. and number of servings 57.. kal per serving(1800) and protein(50)gram.. and per 100 gram of servins we are getting less .. means in 35 gram we are getting 1800 and in 100 gram of servins we are getting less .. stop making fool.. and correct this .. serving size 450 gram and number of servings 6 not 57.. no need to do this stuff for selling the product

Good product
The product is very good. Plus it is one of the few out there that does not have creatine (good for those who want to stay away from creatine). The taste is good. Mix ability is fair. The scoop is the only downside. It has one of the most uncomfortable scoops I have ever seen in a supplement. It is too big for the box. You cannot get it out of the box easily and when it is full, the supplement falls out of the scoop. You need to take the scoop out (half full) and then use a spoon to fill it. This however, is a very small downside. The product is good. I am satisfied with it.

Found insects in the tin
Found insects inside the powder after a month.. could be my mistake too, I took a break from supplements for a month.. later when I opened the container there are flies and some insects which made their way in.. the container cannot be tightly closed once the seal is broken. That leads the ways to these insects to sneak inside.Better buy another container for storage.

I use this for more than a month and consume more than of half around more than 2kg out of 3kg but my weight is only slightly increase around 2.5kg while according to its officials there is gaining of around 7-9 kg weight in 3kg container…….
